Incentives for MSEs and Startups
To encourage participation from domestic innovators and smaller enterprises, the tender documentation includes significant financial relaxations for recognized Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) and Startups:
MSE Exemption: Partial relaxation is offered, lowering the required minimum turnover threshold to 1000 Lakhs (₹10 Crores).
Startup Exemption: Recognized startups benefit from an even lower barrier to entry, requiring a minimum turnover of just 500 Lakhs (₹5 Crores) to submit a bid.
